DearIn Beauty Salon,I wanted to express my disappointment with the interaction I had when I called earlier today to inquire about availability for a hair and blow dry appointment. I spoke with Kim today 11/11/24 at exactly 09:48 am this morning, who answered the phone abruptly and said, "What do you need? I’m busy today," before hanging up without any further explanation. (see the screenshot of the phone call details)I understand that your business is often busy, and I appreciate that. However, a simple and courteous response, such as letting me know you were unavailable or offering to schedule at a later time, would have been much more professional and appreciated. Clear and respectful communication goes a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction.I hope you can address this, as I had been looking forward to booking an appointment with your salon.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I felt very comfortable with Kim, she was very friendly. I had my brows shaped & tinted & a signature facial. I felt very relaxed after the facial. My brows look amazing & my skin is very refreshed. Will definitely be back when i visit West End again.

Can’t recommend this salon enough! I went for my first ever wax and Kim was so sweet and really put me at ease. The space was very hygienic and tranquil. Highly recommend!!

Kim has magic hands! I went in for an eyebrow wax and signature facial (with shoulder massage) and was really pleased with the experience. She runs the business from her home, and has thoughtfully created a welcoming space for beauty treatments. We had a nice chat during the waxing, and then she quietly delivered a truly relaxing and pampering facial/massage experience. I will definitely be back, and I recommend In Beauty to others looking for good old-fashioned customer service combined with quality beauty therapist skills.

Kim is amazing at what she does! I was new to the area, and she immediately put me at ease. I had a bikini wax and honestly, I think it is the best result I’ve ever gotten - nothing missed! Kim uses high quality products, with a focus on organic, so no unwanted nasties which is another big plus, and her services are very reasonably priced comparing to other salons in the area. I have already made my next appointment and would highly recommend Kim to anybody! 🙂

Kim is amazing at her work. She's very knowledgeable and professional, and her prices are probably the most reasonable around west end. I really enjoy our sessions, we have great chats and I'm always greeted by a delightful little cockatiel. I highly recommend Kim for anything beauty!

Dermaplaning Facial

Includes: Deep cleanse, micro enzyme exfoliation, dermaplaning, soothing mask. Approx. 45minutes

Dermaplaning is a skin treatment that exfoliates the dead skin cells from the epidermis. Gently removing foreign bodies and facial hair that can trap dirt and oils, dermaplaning will leave your skin smooth, radiant and refreshed.

This facial starts off with a deep cleanse using a cleansing agent. Then your skin will be exfoliated using micro enzymes before precise dermaplaning is performed. Finally, a soothing mask to promote skin rejuvenation is applied. This totals to approximately 45 minutes.
